Rules for our Blog

We've now all started using our class blog. Feedback so far has been very positive. A few weeks of term have already gone and the blog is growing and growing. Well done to all those people who have been reading and commenting so far. Keep it up!

There are a few rules for us all to think about and remember:

• We will only use our first name to sign poss and comments.
• We will not write about personal details, such as address or phone numbers.
• We will be as positive as possible when commenting about other people’s work, opinions and ideas
• We will always read our work carefully before 'posting' - checking for simple spelling and grammatical mistakes. if possible we will get someone else to read it before we hit the publish button!
• We will write about subjects linked to the work we are doing in Year 5 and at Kings' Dubai and things that interest us

Remember you can comment on anything on the blog you like. Please use your first name. The more comments the better. Make them positive and meaningful. Enocurage your friends and family to the same.

If you want to write your own 'post' you will have opportunity to do so in school. In addition you if you want to write a post at home, then you can either write on paper and use time in school to 'post' it on the blog or the best option is to email Mr Watson your ideas and he can post it for you.
